It is with all sense of humility we say praise be to Allah for His bounties in the previous years. In spite of growing difficulties in getting the best service for our clients, we have managed to stay afloat. It was particularly daunting in 2009 when the company faced many difficulties from outright bureaucracy both here and in Saudi Arabia.
Notwithstanding these hurdles, we had a memorable outing during both Umrah and Hajj 2009. You shall see some of our customers’ testimonies in the testimonies page. We also recorded success in April this year with an Umrah/Family tour package, which, by Allah’s leave, has come to stay. It was colourful, exciting and rewarding! People recharged their spiritual batteries and still had a lot of halaal fun. We designed it to accommodate schoolchildren, their parents and even infants and toddlers.
This Ramadan, we have planned for another refreshing experience. You will find our prices for the entire package options are mentioned as deposits and they seem higher than before. This is nothing but the result of the bizarre situation in Saudi Arabia now. The hotels do not have any definite prices for the period in question but they gave us close estimates with which we have planned this trip. Additional payments may be necessary. We are using some of our usual hotels and good four-star hotels that are still close to the Haram. Our philosophy has always been to give you the best, no matter what. Our aim is to remove all hassles of the pilgrimage from you so you can concentrate on the spiritual journey that brings you to the holy land.
We have made fresh mistakes last year and even during the April 2010, trip and our clients have graciously corrected us through our feedback forms. We intend to correct all of them.
Our pilgrims travelling from Abuja will be conveyed all the way to Lagos free in both Umrah and Hajj and if you miss this, you do not get a refund. We also have group ziyaarah, an induction course and our concise book on Umrah and Hajj. All our tents this year will be the A category insha Allah. We are also going to assist this year with getting your slaughter animals.
This year, we introduce the VIP Premium that is higher than normal VIP package in which the pilgrims stay in five star hotels (of Madinah Hilton and Safwah). In VIP premium the pilgrims will be accommodated on half board basis in the prestigious Daral Tawhid Intercontinental Hotel, Makkah which by far better than any five star hotel around the Haram.
We shall surely make mistakes this year too and you should expect it because we are humans and we are not perfect. We only wish to state that we shall try never to repeat the same mistakes as this would show we have not learnt.
As before, we have things that are not in our control and which we have mentioned in details in our terms and conditions of service and agreement. Please read these with care, a lot depends on your understanding the contents.
All things being equal, our prices may not increase, but where they do due to uncertainties in Saudi Arabia, we shall let you know in good time. Please fill all our forms and agreements to ensure we have captured your details correctly.
